Wow, it’s been a busy week or so. I keep asking myself what day is today - I am losing track.

In order to streamline things, I made the decision to switch this newsletter from Friday to Wednesday - hence you seeing it in your inbox now.

Let’s get to it.

Midjourney

09.13.23 Office Hours

No major announcements from Midjourney during office hours today. They are working on shipping phase 1 of the website - which is NOT going to have image generation - but you can view and search your images. However, no date was given. Soon, we hope.

As we know (and wait), v6 has been delayed, and we don’t have a release date on this either. This was mentioned again today. It is still going to be really, really good, according to David (the founder of MJ).

There may be one or two minor releases before v6. David wasn’t sure if these would be called v5.3 or just released, similar to how Inpainting was released.

David was excited about recent 3D results - it’s coming - but not quite yet.

Adobe Firefly

Adobe Firefly is out of beta and ready for personal and commercial use.

But, in order to remove the watermark, you will need to pay.
